- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (if applicable)
- Relevant university or polytechnic degree/certificate
- WAEC, NECO, or SSCE result
- Primary School Leaving Certificate
- Certificate of Origin (Indigene certificate)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
