Admission Process for Fatima College of Nursing Sciences

Admission into FACONS is a three-step process that includes:

Online application
Entrance examination
Oral interview

Admission Requirements for FACONS 2025

Applicants seeking admission into the Basic Nursing or Midwifery programs must meet the following criteria:

Hold a Senior Secondary School Certificate along with a school testimonial.
Obtain at least five (5) O’level credit passes in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. Required subjects include:

- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics

The fee structure for the 2025 academic year is as follows:

Tuition Fee: ₦200,000 (Annual payment)
Registration Fee: ₦10,000 (Annual payment)
Examination Fee: ₦15,000 (Annual payment)
Laboratory Services Fee: ₦20,000 (Annual payment)
Medical Services Fee: ₦15,000 (Annual payment)
Matriculation Fee: ₦5,000 (One-time payment)
Sports Fee: ₦5,000 (Annual payment)
ICT Fee: ₦10,000 (Annual payment)
Student ID Card Fee: ₦2,000 (One-time payment)

The Total Main Fees amount to ₦341,000 for the year.

Additionally, students are expected to pay the following optional fees:

Student Union Fee: ₦3,000 (Annual payment)
Indexing Fee: ₦10,000 (One-time payment)
Record Instruction Fee: ₦2,500 (One-time payment)
Accommodation and Utilities Fee: ₦25,000 (Annual payment)

These additional charges bring the total other fees to ₦40,500. Therefore, the Grand Total for the session is ₦381,500.

Please note that the costs for textbooks, uniforms, and other school materials are separate from the school fees and must be paid directly by the students.
