Applicants must:
Be Nigerian. Be in Year 2 or above. Study at a recognized public Nigerian tertiary institution — university, polytechnic or college of education. Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5/5.0 or equivalent. Have at least five O'Level credit passes in one sitting, including English and Mathematics. Be a full-time student. Not currently be a beneficiary of another scholarship, bursary or grant.
